Sergeant Major Guy M. is a combat paramedic in Unit 669, the elite Combat Rescue Unit—one of the IDF’s four top-tier special forces units and widely regarded as one of the toughest in the world. Guy has taken part in countless high-risk missions and operations. On October 7th, he was among the first teams to reach the Gaza Envelope, responding to the deadliest terror attack in Israeli history.
