Glenn Selby learned guitar at age 11 and began writing songs at 13. No surprise he ended up in Nashville at Belmont University studying studio production and working in the industry as a songwriter, publisher, producer, and musician. Glenn has mentored many songwriters and aspiring artists to help develop their talent to further their careers. He continues those efforts in Charlotte, NC as a mentor and producer, and currently teaches songwriting workshops at various colleges and universities. His book, 7 Foundations of Great Songwriting, is an essential starting point for anyone interested in songwriting or for those wanting to boost their songwriting craft.
