Gina Jenkins is a Graphic Designer, Digital Content Creator, and Purpose & Lifestyle Transformation Coach dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their health, mindset, and purpose through God’s original design.

Her journey is not theory—it is lived experience. And it is not a story with a perfectly tied-up happy ending.

After decades of navigating trauma, addiction, and broken cycles, Gina has learned that transformation is rarely a straight line. There can be victories followed by setbacks. There can be seasons of strength and seasons of struggle. Sometimes we relapse. Sometimes we find ourselves on again and off again, returning to lessons we thought we had already learned.

Gina believes those parts of the story matter, too.

Rather than presenting a version of transformation where everything eventually becomes perfect and never goes sour again, Gina chooses to write honestly about what she struggles with—even while she is struggling with it. She has found that telling the truth brings healing, removes shame, and reminds others that they are not alone.

One truth has become especially important to her: community is part of the cure.

When there is someone beside us—someone who understands, listens, encourages, holds us accountable, prays with us, and reminds us why we started—it becomes much easier to get back up and keep going.

Through her own journey, Gina discovered the power of returning to the simple principles God established from the beginning. Through what she calls **God’s Healthy Laws—trust, water, fresh air, sunshine, nutrition, exercise, temperance, and rest—**she continues learning what it means to care for herself physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Today, Gina shares those principles not as someone who has arrived, but as someone who is still walking the road.

Through her books, programs, creative work, and community, she helps others move toward greater clarity, discipline, restoration, and purpose—one choice, one day, and sometimes one fresh start at a time.

Her mission extends beyond adults. Gina is deeply committed to reaching the next generation by creating engaging, faith-based materials for children and families so they can build strong foundations before unhealthy patterns take hold.
