Gill Thackray is an author and ghostwriter. As well as writing over 8 books including: The Wellbeing Journal (2024), The Power of Ancient Wellness (2023), The Mindfulness Coach (2019) How to Manifest (2020) and The Positivity Coach (2019). Her work has been featured in several international media outlets including The Guardian, Success Magazine, Woman and Home and Glamour Magazine. Her books have been translated into several languages and she has been interviewed by international broadcasters on her areas of expertise. Gill is a performance psychologist, PhD researcher, member of the British Neuroscience Association and British Psychological Society. She has taught and lectured at several academic institutions, retreats and cultural centres around the world.
