Originally from Sydney Australia, Geremy Heath arrived in the US in 2006 with a single suitcase and a plan to stay for a year or two. Fast forward to 2019 and Geremy has now successfully bought and sold over 500 single family homes, and also operates a property management business that manages over 100 properties. After flipping his first property in 2009 while working in corporate America, by 2011 Geremy realized it was time to leave the security of his corporate job and have a go a flipping full-time. While flipping properties Geremy soon realized that the key to financial freedom was not how many properties you could flip, but rather how many properties you could keep. Geremy is now passionate about helping others understand the benefits of owning real estate as an investment vehicle for achieving financial freedom and building generational wealth. While the majority of people look to traditional stock based plans as a default for their retirement savings, Geremy aims to educate people on how building a rental portfolio using either your investment capital or retirement funds can provide a much safer and more secure alternative for building both passive income and long-term wealth.
