Welcome to my Author Page. **Before I introduce myself, I kindly ask that if you read my work, please take a moment to leave a rating or review. This means a lot to all authors. Thank you.** I don’t remember exactly when I first started writing; all I know is that as I grew up, I would jot down whatever came into my mind. Most of what I wrote was influenced by old TV shows, such as The Twilight Zone. It seems I’ve been drawn to the bizarre side of storytelling. I never intended to share these writings with others; they were mainly for my own enjoyment. Like many of us, I put writing aside over the years as life happened. I got married, had children, and served in the US Army, which took me to North Carolina and then West Germany. Those were fascinating years—I saw Berlin and the Wall and experienced life outside of the US bubble. After my discharge, I attended college and earned two degrees in Radiology. I worked in a hospital environment for several years before having the opportunity to work for a major healthcare device manufacturer. I traveled across the US, Europe, and Australia. Today, my job is a bit less hectic, working at a clinic run by the local children’s hospital in southeastern Virginia. Working with kids as patients was initially intimidating, but I found it incredibly rewarding. The pace and schedule of this position give me the flexibility to pursue my passion. I hope you enjoy my work, and please feel free to share any feedback on how I can improve or what I’ve done well. Writers thrive on feedback and reviews!
