George Shank received his Ed.D. from the University of Southern California. He taught Business Management courses and worked as a program administrator for the University of Hawaii. He accepted a position with the University of Southern California, and taught Organizational, Behavioral and Systems Management courses. When restored to Christ, he took up the cause of faith, healing and the dangers of mind altering medication. During a two year period, he carried his message and appeared on 24 radio stations and a New York area television station. At this time he also began his literary career and has written nine fiction novels, a collection of short stories, and a non-fiction book on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. George has been involved with foreign students who have come to the United States to improve their English skills. He enjoys playing tennis and competing, and in 2015 had a national ranking of 74 in the senior division. George and his wife spend their summers in Vermont on their blueberry farm; working, relaxing, and taking long walks with their miniature poodle, Jackie O.
