Gayathri Pallail is the Associate Director for Automation Strategy and Deployment at Accenture where she has implemented enterprise-wide automation-based solutions and successful change management to enable seamless adoption for over 500 clients across industries. Pallail is an innovator in automation analytics, prediction models, and tools to deliver automation effectively and focuses on shaping the vision for automation strategy aligned to companies’ business priorities and market trends. She also has the role of client co-innovation lead for automation at Accenture’s India Innovation Hub, where she helps clients to drive business value and market differentiation. With over 20 years of experience, Pallail has held leadership roles spanning across the entire spectrum of automation starting from devising automation strategy, designing automation solutions, bringing them to life in client delivery, implementing it successfully and driving cultural change through automation specialization. Earlier in her career with Accenture, Pallail was a functional lead for key capabilities of the intelligent automation platform, Accenture myWizard®. Pallail has worked on several AI and automation educational research and academic programs for prestigious colleges across India, including an automation research program conducted by Department of Economics in MIT. Pallail is a patent holder and has authored papers that she presented at multiple international conferences—one of them selected as the best presentation in the international conference for innovation in artificial intelligence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Akathethara, India and attended the technology executive development program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. She lives in India with her family.
