ABOUT THE AUTHOR: García de Saura is my pen name, and my real name is Carmen María. I am originally from Molina de Segura, Murcia. I completed my high school and pre-university studies in the field of pure humanities, after which I graduated as a Specialist Technician in Administration, a profession I worked in for years. My restless and artistic soul led me not only to attend courses in computing, costume jewelry, and tattoos but also into the world of painting, where I discovered a part of myself that I hadn’t known before, which resulted in more than 400 artworks; some of them are in cities like Barcelona, London, and Buenos Aires. However, it wasn’t until the spring of 2015 that I found my true passion and vocation, which has now become my only and most cherished profession: writing. That year I published my first novel. It was a complete surprise for me that the publisher Planeta took an interest in my work, with which I ended up publishing a total of eight titles. Then, in 2018, I decided to self-publish. I took courses in editing and layout, and since then, I have been editing my own novels and those of other authors.
