Fred brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the areas of optimal high-performance going from being the underdog to champion, teaching you to the way of the inner warrior mindset to eliminate your limited belief systems that are holding you back from achieving your success. Fred has been an athlete for over 40 years, competing in all areas of sports ranging from baseball, basketball, football, tennis, powerlifting, and track. in college, he was a track sprinter at the division one level. After college, he had a dream to one day represent the United States in international competitions. The journey to become an Olympic weightlifter started after watching it on Olympics. His dream came true, representing the U.S. at world cup competitions and the Pan American. Despite never being the tallest, biggest, fastest, strongest, or smartest athlete and student, he approached every day like it was an opportunity as a gift from God and to do whatever it takes to improve and learn from his mistakes. Fred motivates and inspires others, planting the seeds of greatness to embrace the underdog that’s inside you as fuel to become a champion in all areas of life. Fred is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming high-performance coaching, certified in sports performance hypnosis, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, six sigma green belt certified, has a degree in electrical engineering and is the author of the “Financial Game Plan For Your Dollars and Cents: A step by step common sense approach to making the right financial decisions. Fred is one of the co-founders and co-host of the Extraordinary Being Movement.
