The Lean Construction Institute awarded him the Chairman’s Award for his contributions to the industry. He is an author, international keynote speaker, business leader, The EBFC Show podcast host, and proven entrepreneur in the construction industry. Felipe has been involved in million to billion dollar-sized projects across the world implementing Lean and Agile practices. Engineer-Manriquez is also pioneering the use of Scrum in design and construction.
