Felicia Joy writes books to help business leaders transform their organizations and everyday people transform their lives. She is a faculty member at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she conducts research and teaches MBA courses. She is also an executive vice president of business transformation and the U.S. head of behavioral science at Edelman where she advises Fortune 500 CEOs and senior leaders on the repositioning, recovery, or evolution of their organizations. Her strategies have helped clients make measurable improvements in profitability, operations, and culture. She has also led highly acclaimed non-profit work, like the mental health advocacy campaigns, "Silence Isn't Treatment" and "Unspoken Curriculum", for Taraji P. Henson's Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation. Felicia earned a master's degree in behavioral science from Harvard and undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Georgia. An athlete, adventurer, and globetrotter, she enjoys thrill seeking and outdoor sports around the world.
