Dr. Fabian Hänle is a Managing Director-level executive with extensive CEO and CSO experience in Germany’s B2B industrial sector. As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), member of the Executive Board and authorized signatory of the FATH Group, he is responsible for growth, profitability and international business management.

Previously, he helped shape the international development of Blickle Group, a German global market leader, over a period of 15 years. From 2013 to 2021, he served as CEO of the company’s Chinese subsidiary, building the business from the ground up into one of the leading players in the Chinese market. He subsequently took on global management responsibilities at the Group’s German headquarters, working with the CEOs of its 23 international subsidiaries.

His PhD focused on the internationalization and innovative strength of China’s Mittelstand. Through eight years of operational CEO responsibility in China, academic field research and business-fluent Mandarin (HSK 5), Hänle has developed an exceptionally deep understanding of Chinese business, culture and decision-making.

As an author and international keynote speaker, he focuses in particular on the future of the German Mittelstand, global competitiveness, leadership and the economic shifts shaping Europe, China and global markets.

His keynotes, publications and media contributions have reached more than five million people worldwide, including through leading business media such as WirtschaftsWoche.
