Prof. Dr. Fabian Hänle is a China expert, Professor at Antwerp Management School, and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) as well as a Member of the Executive Board of the FATH Group, a German global market leader in industrial automation. From 2013 to 2021, he served as CEO in China, where he built the Chinese subsidiary of a German hidden champion from the ground up and developed it into one of the leading players in the Chinese market. He earned his doctorate focusing on the internationalisation of Europe and China, with particular emphasis on political and cultural framework conditions. Through his long-standing operational leadership in China, extensive academic field research, and fluency in Mandarin, Fabian Hänle has gained an exceptionally deep understanding of Chinese mindset, culture, and decision-making logic. Today, he advises top decision-makers from business and politics as a consultant, author, and international keynote speaker.
