F. E. Chaps resides in the United States. She has a master’s degree specializing in behavior and is a clinically trained chaplain. She writes long parables about love, forgiveness, and life after death. Writing has become a sanctuary for expression and release for her. And she appreciates everyone who has shown interest in her books. Feature film, screenplays have also been written by the author that have been nominees at the Monterey County Film Commission and Breckenridge Festival of Film.
