Evan Camby is the award-winning author of the "Walking After Midnight: Tales for Halloween" series, "BACK ROADS: Six Horror Stories," the "Hollow Spring" mystery series, and the short ghost story, "Over the River and Through the Woods." Part One of "Walking After Midnight" was named as one of Suspense Magazine’s Best Books of 2014. Camby's works are rooted in the gothic horror tradition with elements of thriller, mystery, and suspense. Her biggest writing influences are Edgar Allan Poe, Washington Irving, and Shirley Jackson.
