Eric Spencer is an HR and Leadership Development “lifer” who is passionate about helping organizations, teams, and individuals get better. His passion is designing and facilitating executive & leadership development programs that transform careers and leader reputations. As COO for SkyeTeam, he brings more than twenty five years of experience building and shaping Human Resources organizations. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Arizona State University, and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Behavior from Virginia Tech. He is the father to two amazing young women and an avid musician, and spends his free time writing, recording, and performing. He’s also the host and Chief Bartender of The Corporate Bartender podcast and soon to be best-selling author with his new book You, Me, We: Why we all need to be a friend at work (and how to show up as one!).
