Enoch Li was born and raised in Hong Kong and Australia. She has studied, worked or lived in the US, France, the UK, the Netherlands and China, and has travelled to more than 40 countries. She worked as an international executive in a multinational corporation, however, she was forced to take time off work due to illness and depression. She spent her recovery cooking, practising Chinese calligraphy, reading and writing, and engaging in play – in short, learning to take care of herself and letting go of residual work stress. Enoch Li is now a social entrepreneur. She founded BEARAPY with the mission to reduce burnout and mental health issues in workplaces and in the community through helping adults access their inner playfulness. Her unique approach blends the power of playfulness – creativity, stress management, and self-awareness – into her transformation and facilitation work. She holds a Masters in Laws and spends spare time studying Chinese calligraphy and playing with jigsaw puzzles.
