Liz is senior program director of the Agile Strategy Lab at Purdue University, where she helps individuals and organizations harness agile principles for organizational and community transformation, including Strategic Doing (strategicdoing.net) and the AEM-Cube (agilestrategylab.org). Her professional background includes leadership of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) initiatives at local, regional, and state levels, as well as higher education change initiatives. She started out in nonprofit management, designing and implementing programs as well as tackling fundraising, operations, and executive leadership assignments. A native of Anchorage, Alaska, Liz has lived in seven states and is still looking for opportunities to knock the last two states off her travel list (Arkansas and Montana).
