I am a family nurse practitioner that specializes in aesthetics and functional medicine. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. I completed my Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. I am a fellow in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine and Integrative Cancer Therapies by the A4M. I am a Reiki Master and yoga teacher. I live in one of the most beautiful places, northern Palm Beach County. I am grateful to share my creative process and discoveries through my writing. I came across a biography of Isabella Taillefer ten years ago. Her story intrigued me. My first thought was 'there must be more this story.' After hours spent meditating and journaling, I wrote Her Story as it was presented to me. Some of the details I was able to confirm. The topics I could not not confirm, I used my literary skills to paint Her Majesty with a new light.
