Elizabeth Amoaa is the founder of Speciallady Awareness. She is a woman reproductive health advocate. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) and an Honorary Doctorate of Letters for her Philanthropy and advocacy in gynaecological conditions and menstrual poverty. Elizabeth Amoaa is recognised as the first Black woman to publicly share her story of living with Uterus didelphys: a rare condition where she was born with two wombs, two cervixes and two vaginal canals. By speaking openly about it, she has broken cultural taboos around women’s reproductive health, especially in Black communities and helped raise global awareness, reduce stigma and inspire other women to speak up about similar conditions. Elizabeth has received awards and recognitions for her advocacy efforts.
