Ed is husband to Simran and father of Brandon, Talitha, Nicholas, Austin & Shalani. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Marx Advisory, a consulting firm helping vendors better connect in the healthcare marketplace. He currently serves on the Boards for Summa Health and Mary Crowley Cancer Research. He was CEO of Divurgent and CDO of TechMahindra / HCI Health & Life Sciences. He has been blessed to serve as a CIO in many progressive organizations, including Cleveland Clinic, New York City Health & Hospitals, Texas Health Resources and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Prior to his executive positions Ed served as a healthcare janitor in high school and later a combat medic in the Army. In the civilian world he cut his healthcare teeth as an anesthesia tech.
