Edgar Terry was born in Wanye, Michigan to Baptist Minister parents, grew up in Detroit, Michigan. In 1986 he won numerous poetry awards for his poem "It's Only A Dream". For forty years he was a songwriter, performer and musician. He started his own record company Simple Pleasure Records in 1999. By 2009 he started a music publishing company Leander Entertainment Publishing. He is currently producing and songwriting for recording acts like Leander, Teri Leandra, and Tony Crist. He is steadily working on the follow up volumes for "LJ the Frog From LA". As well as a graphic Novel.
