Eddie Lawrence has made it part of his mission in life to rediscover old passions and find new firsts in life. He is busy growing his primary business and starting new ones. He continues to improve his health and maintain his physical fitness, deepen his relationships with his wife and children, and takes long family vacations to amazing locations. He loves the outdoors, participates in local community activities, and grows and strengthens his friend circles. He also enjoys writing and recording music on his guitar and woodworking. Eddie Lawrence has operated his heavy-duty truck shop in Colorado since 1996. He has had a lot of experience in work-life balance and the subtleties of burnout. He knows firsthand how neglect and stress can affect your overall health in very negative ways. After surviving a near death experience in 2015, he gained a greater perspective of life, and what began as a simple framework has evolved into a book, workbook, and workshop, along with a membership site that helps others navigate life. Since first teaching the Life Calibration in 2016, Eddie has seen positive changes in people’s lives. He started by teaching the Life Calibration workshop to his staff, with great results, and has since presented the Life Calibration workshop to small businesses in the automotive industry around the country. Recently, Eddie has written the Life Calibration 3rd Edition workbook. The book Life Calibration: Escape the Burnout Trap takes a deeper dive into the philosophy of the Life Calibration beyond the life framework and tools it offers. His hope is that it will bring alignment, purpose, and more fulfillment into your life.
