Dr. Zac Henson is a business psychologist and managing partner of the Business Psychology Consulting Group, where he advises start-ups and growth-stage executives on strategy, leadership, and evidence-based organizational design. A veteran builder of companies and projects, he previously served as CEO of BCEGI USA, Inc. and founded Tri Star Theme Builders, delivering large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, and entertainment developments. Dr. Henson has taught international business as a visiting professor at Whittier College and is a frequent mentor to leaders across real estate and social enterprise. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an Executive MBA in Leadership from the Drucker School of Management, and a Global Strategy certificate from the University of Oxford. His work emphasizes innovation, financial engineering, and practical value-creation in a post-COVID business landscape. Dr. Henson’s published writing includes contributions to Organizational Dynamics and the leadership volume Share, Don’t Take the Lead. Dr. Henson lives in Menifee, California, where he enjoys the company of his wife, Karen Henson, their three sons, and seven grandchildren.
