Dr. Sharon Forster is a Christian counselor, author, and creator of The By D.E.S.I.G.N. Method™, a Christ-centered framework designed to help individuals and couples better understand their God-given temperament, recognize patterns that influence their responses, strengthen relationships, and grow in emotional, relational, and spiritual maturity.

Her counseling work has a special focus on marriage, premarital relationships, temperament, and personal growth. Through years of helping people understand themselves and one another more clearly, she has seen how greater self-awareness, biblical truth, practical tools, and personal responsibility can open the door to healthier communication, deeper understanding, and intentional growth.
