Doug Dennerline is CEO of Betterworks, the leader in performance management software for enterprise. He has been working in Silicon Valley since 1982, beginning with HP, where he sold the first PC and minicomputers. He lived in Hong Kong with his family while opening up Asia for 3Com, and spent twelve years as a sales executive at Cisco. He became CEO of Webex after its acquisition by Cisco and then served as president of SuccessFactors before its acquisition by SAP. He is the father of three grown daughters and an advocate for supporting and mentoring women in the workplace.
