Long before Donnie became recognized as an author, he was busy working 60-70 hours per week in mattress sales. After leaving the mattress business in 2015, Donnie began working on his first book, Mattress Buying 101. Born in October of 1979, to a blue collar dad and a stay at home mom, Donnie dreamed of becoming a doctor, an astronaut, and a businessman. After getting his first job at age 15, Donnie realized he had a knack for business, and majored in business and accounting at both Shepherd University (WV) and Everest University (FL). In 2016, Donnie published his first book, Mattress Buying 101, on the niche subject of buying a mattress. The positive feedback and complimentary reviews lit a fire inside Donnie, that maybe, just maybe, he should focus more on his writing career. His second book, Start Winning With Money, become nominated for a book award, and was critically praised as, "a great read [that] went a long way in decoding some of the longest standing myths about money and all the related problems." Since then, Donnie has gone on to publish more books, short stories, and small self help guides, but every one of his published works has been highly reviewed and coveted by fans. Donnie's writings have established him as an author to put on your "to read" list. When Donnie isn't writing, he works as an accountant for a small business, and still runs the Masters Investment Group, his own small investment company. He is also involved in local charity work, and enjoys time with his family and friends.
