With over two decades of international business experience, he empowers individuals through his book, "Kofi The Wind Whisperer - A Hero's Journey to Freedom," inspiring teens to take action toward their dreams. Dion's commitment to fairness and equality is evident in his efforts to ensure all stakeholders are represented. His background includes hosting a White House roundtable on renewable energy for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and participating in Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley's trade mission to Brazil. He also champions ECOREMEDY’s mission to treat local waste locally, minimizing ecological impacts. A U.S. Army veteran, Dion earned a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Kentucky & received multiple military honors. He is an active NAACP member and co-founder of the Eastern Shore Network for Change (ESNC), dedicated to community empowerment & positive change.
