Diana Gould is an award-winning writer whose work has captivated tens of millions of people worldwide. A prolific writer/producer, she has written for some of the most successful shows on television, including scores of episodes of Knott’s Landing and Dynasty, as well as movies and miniseries for network and cable. Her TV Movie, “I Love You – Good-bye” won the Population Institute Award. Her short story “The Monkey’s Daughter” was nominated for the UCLA’s Writing Program’s James Kirkwood Award. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Writers Guild of America, taught fiction, screen and playwriting at Goddard College, and continues to coach writers privately. A meditator for over 30 years, when she is not writing, she teaches at InsightLA, a mindfulness meditation center, and works as a spiritual care volunteer with Vitas Hospice. She lives in Los Angeles. Coldwater is her first novel.
