In August 2020, Derek has published his first book "Part-Time Real Estate Investing for Full-Time Professionals." He also loves to give back his knowledge and has a passion for breaking down complex topics into easy to explain topics. In his spare time, Derek enjoys relaxing with his wife, biking, hiking, reading, household construction projects, spending time with his wife, and playing strategy and adventure games.
