Dr. Dennis Wechter has been authoring books since 2004. He has been an English Teacher/Media Specialist for over thirty years. He has retired twice, and returned to teaching because, as he has stated, “I just could not stay out of the classroom. I love teaching and reaching the minds of students that much.” It is very clear that Dr. Wechter has also been in love with the science and art of learning, having earned five college degrees, including a Doctorate Degree in Education. His other love has been in the field of music. He has been a professional musician for over fifty years and is currently still performing on a regular basis. This publication of his first novel (third book) has captured his imagination, and he plans to stay in this genre for the next few books. “I am currently seeking out my next novel topic, and I am excited to see the characters I will create and the circumstances they will encounter. Writing ,even though a lonely process, is certainly a beautiful process as well.” Dr. Wechter lives in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. He is married and has two children, and one grandchild.
