Demetra Yuvanu was born in Athens, Greece, and now calls South Carolina home. Her life across continents has fueled her passion for creativity, movement, and personal growth. A Nia instructor, Ageless Grace educator, and experiential workshop facilitator, she weaves body, mind, and spirit into everything she creates. Her middle grade novel Mystery Behind the Doors explores how awareness, focus, and choice shape our reality.
