She is a reflective writer, writing on issues which affect the lives of those around her. Her last book How to Write a Tax Efficient Will, subtitle How to Outwit the Taxman- was written to help everyday families understand the need to consider their inheritance tax position when writing their will. Inheritance tax in the United Kingdom is currently 40%. This represents 40% of your assets which could go to the taxman, should you fail to plan. This is a tax which can be avoided. This book highlights things to consider which would enable the reader to write a tax efficient will. Although the book is written with UK inheritance tax provisions in mind, those who live in common law jurisdictions, such as Canada, Australia, USA, or the Commonwealth will greatly benefit from this book as it highlights what one needs to consider before writing a will and provides draft sample wills. The reader is able to use the samples as a guide. The book is written in plain words with the everyday family in mind. It's beauty is in its simplicity as it portrays a will through the eyes of Jane a young lady, who starts off life single, gets married, gets divorced, remarries, has kids, has a business etc and demonstrates how she applies these changing circumstances to her will. Other books include. A Guide to Stress Free Data Protection Impact Assessments The Power is in Your Hands How to Make a Fortune Working From Home The Circle of Love From zero to Hero Follow her on: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bowersdeborah Twitter: @deborah_bowers Youtube: Deborah Bowers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVfgOtBk0SE&list=UUL5eaAZq1ibdVxgIprZtWtA
