My name is Dawn Stevens. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Growing up some of my fondest memories were taking Sunday drives with my mom and dad. We never knew where we would end up and that is what made it so enjoyable. Some days we would end up at the St. Louis Zoo and other days we would just drive and end up at a park where we would picnic and fish. I loved the state and the city so much that I decided to stay here with my family and start a family of my own. I no longer live near the city like I did growing up but I am only about forty five minutes away from all of those memories. I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful children and a step son who I am proud to call my own as well. We also have a German Shepherd/Yellow Lab mix dog names Luna who is like a fifth child. She is a princess and spoiled rotten. She goes wherever we go and she loves every minute of it. In our spare time with love to travel. We will often times find ourselves in National Parks. Our bucket list is long however on that list is our wish to visit all of the National Parks. So far we have visited thirteen of them with plans in the near future for five more. I own a small private daycare and preschool and in my spare time I love to write. I have been a freelance writer since 2016. I took a break from writing for a few years to start my childcare business and was recently given the opportunity to work with CZYK Publishing and I jumped at the chance. I am looking forward to continuing my writing career and expanding my horizons in the future. I hope you stick with me on this ride!
