Dr. Davina received notable awards for her LGBTQ civil rights advocacy, including the Saints Alive Award from the Metropolitan Community Church, the Michael Switzer Leadership Award, and Grand Marshal, San Francisco LGBT Pride Parade. As a respected leader in the LGBT equality movement, Dr. Davina Kotulski has appeared in dozens of documentary films, been a guest on television (notably on CNN) and on National Public Radio and the talk shows of numerous other radio stations, and has been featured in print publications, like Newsweek, USA Today, San Francisco Chronicle, L.A. Times, Oregonian, to name a few. Dr. Davina has been interviewed on Good Morning La La Land, Wake Up to the Sound of Transformation with Michael Bernard Beckwith, and numerous radio shows, podcasts, and online summits. She was a guest therapist on the show Please Understand Me produced by Sarah Silverman. In 2020, Dr. Davina’s past life regression work was featured on the Sky Life Channel and the India-based web-show OK-tested. Dr. Davina’s previous books include It’s Never Too Late to Be Your Self: Follow Your Inner Compass and Take Back Your Life, The Manna Paradigm Shit: Creating the Consciousness of Abundance and Freedom, Why You Should Give a Damn about Gay Marriage, Love Warriors: The Rise of the Marriage Equality Movement and Why It Will Prevail, and two novels Behind Barbed Eyes and Flowers for Sara.
