David Zatz has worked in organizational change for over 20 years, most recently at Toolpack Consulting. He is also an automotive industry historian who created the largest, most popular Chrysler-focused Web site. His car books are “Dodge Viper: The full story of the worlds first V-10 sports car” and “Wagoneer, Gladiator, Comanche, and Scrambler: Jeep's tough, go-anywhere vehicles;” his change book is "What do I do with this survey report?” Finally, “The Rise and Reinvention of Chrysler Minivans” is a bit of both. David’s non-automotive work has appeared in Quality Digest
 and HRMagazine, trade magazines, the Encyclopedia of Management, and the 
Business Strategy Book of Readings; his automotive work as appeared in Hemmings and Allpar, and has been cited by everyone from Automotive News to the Daily Telegraph.
