"Alone we can do so little, together so much" ~ Helen Keller. Dave Silberman, PhD believes that humans are more alike than different, uniquely unrepeatable, and better together. Likewise, the best comes by enacting love, care, and concern for one another. His passion is helping improve how we think, see, and feel life at work. As a decorated disabled United States combat veteran, Dave spends his life in practice and research exploring the role of cognitive complexity in adaptive and maladaptive coping mechanisms, with a particular focus on organizational performance, workplace distress, identity-based tension, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dave has authored and co-authored scholarly literature and published in places like Forbes, where he also serves as the Member Leader for the Critical Thinking Group for the Forbes Human Resources Council.
