As the founder of Dave Mutton Consulting and creator of the THRIVE framework for business assessment, Dave specialises in helping business owners reduce stress, build structure, and create customer-centric strategies that drive long-term success. His career spans online retail, fintech, healthcare, education, and the creative industries, including being part of the team that launched A m a z o n in the UK, in 1998. He is also a photographer, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Age UK Exeter, and mentors young entrepreneurs at the University of Exeter.
