Darian Mason is a six time published author and is the founder and chairman of Motivation Ministries. Darian was raised in Detroit, Mi during his childhood and early adulthood where his passion for writing and Learning began to grow. Darian was also a prominent football player and had dreams of playing professionally but it was his love for learning that really captured him. Darian Dropped out of high school during the recession of 2008 but not without a plan. Due to his frustrations with the local school system and impoverished environment Darian knew there was more to life than what surrounded him. After deciding to leave high-school In quest of greater pastures Darian encountered many difficult road blockages. Including failing his GED test three times and becoming homeless for a short period. Darian stayed persistent and enrolled at Henry ford community college in Dearborn Mi, in what would have been his Junior year of high-school. With little to no support Darian kept trying. Despite many physical and learning challenges. Darian received the needed credit hours to transfer to Eastern Michigan University where he was then eligible to walk on to Eastern Michigan football team Fall of 2011. After a difficult start to his college career Darian fell short of achieving his dreams of playing football due to academic probation which lead to his financial aid being taken away and ultimately being kicked from the football team. During this time Darian Became a father and options seemed minimal and depression began to intensify. With no mentor and no guidance Darian did what he always did best which was to not give up. Darian transferred to schoolcraft college in Livonia Mi, and later received his associates degree in business marketing, where his flare and love for learning began to sore. After receiving his Degree Darian began search for work while only being able to acquire a span of odd and in jobs from his early to mid 20s. During this time Darian developed his passion for people, business and writing. Becoming a consultant and mentor for many. Since his humbling times of dropping out of highschool and failing his GED test three times. Darian has written and published six Books including his newest groundbreaking Novella A Black Woman’s Warfare, Which is currently slated to begin production for his first executive producer role in the film along with the stage Production. The film and stage production are the launching pad for the chairman’s Michigan based Company DMasoN MotivatioN Studios & Entertainment, which is expected to be one of Michigan’s largest Film company in history. “ I won’t stop until Gods will for my life is complete. God is using me to serve his people and I will do just that.” The writer and business developer spoke. Darian now has mentors from all over the country, including powerful film executives and mental health ambassadors. Darian is also currently working towards the completion of his Doctorates in Psychology and is always looking for ways to show people how to achieve their fullest potential.
