Daniel Millard currently lives in Oklahoma with his husband of 14 years, Wesley, and their two dogs Simon and Bodhi. He has gained sobriety through a variety of spiritual tools. Incorporating the ideas and tools from Alcoholics Anonymous, A Course In Miracles, reading many self-help books and poetry from a vast number of authors. He routinely listens to a wide array of music, meditations, and affirmations. He believes in the miracle of modern medications and therapy! Daniel is a huge proponent of yoga because it incorporates Mind, Body, and Spirit. He has a very strongly held belief in progress and not perfection. A lifelong student of life, he values the idea of passing on all that you have learned to other seekers and that in order to keep the knowledge, he believes that you must give it away. He continues to find his own conceptions of God in nature and in the kindness of others. It is through the unconditional love he has received that he has been able to keep growing and developing into the man he wishes to be.
