Daisy Wright is an award-winning career coach, author, and Chief Encouragement Officer at The Wright Career Solution. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping emerging women leaders find their voice at work, advocate for themselves, and grow careers aligned with their values and aspirations. Whether helping clients rewrite their career narratives or grow into leadership, her mission remains the same: to inspire and support women to stop playing small and lead boldly from within. She is a Master Coach in the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Xcelerator Program and founder of the Aspire to GROW Leadership Academy. She is also a speaker and workshop facilitator. Daisy holds multiple certifications, including ICF-Associate Certified Coach, Certified Career Development Practitioner, and Certified Career Transition Coach. Her work has been recognized with several awards and honours, including Outstanding Career Leader, Alumni of Distinction, 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women (2024), and a Premier’s Award nomination. Her career spans administration, HR, finance, public relations as well as college professor. Her work with UNIFEM (now UN Women) in New York, was the experience that deepened her resolve to empowering women. She is the best-selling author of No Canadian Experience, Eh? a career success guide for new immigrants and Tell Stories, Get Hired, and the visionary behind 21 Resilient Women: Stories of Courage, Growth and Transformation. Her recent work is another collaboration to write Women, Work and Leadership: Embracing Courage and Leading Boldly from Within. Her proven interview coaching techniques have helped many clients gain confidence and land their ideal jobs. She was also awarded Outstanding Employment Interview Strategist from Career Professionals of Canada. In her spare time, Daisy works behind the scenes on her Let’s GROW Project, a women’s initiative she started in 2016.
