He previously served as Managing Director for the CFP Board - Center for Financial Planning and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the United States Tennis Association, where he pioneered transformative D&I initiatives. A Certified Association Executive (CAE), D.A. is a member of the USTA Middle States Hall of Fame and Black Tennis Hall of Fame. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Millersville University Foundation.
