Craig Caldwell has always been fascinated by what makes some organizations succeed, while others fail. Intense preparation, hard work and positive intent, don't always result in success. This is why he chosen to study difficult topics like trust, leadership development, organizational change, and leading from the middle. "Catalyst Effect" represents many years of research that attempts to understand how individuals, regardless of position in the organization, can lead and have the impact they seek. Craig is currently the Associate Dean for Graduate & Professional Programs at Butler University's Lacy School of Business. In addition to teaching and administrative work, he facilitates leadership development sessions with organizations like logistics firms, member associations, life science companies, financial services firms, manufacturing companies and non-profits.
