Courtney McBroom is a chef and food writer and the founder of Ruined Table. She is also president of the most exclusive frankfurter-themed club in the world - the Hot Dog Appreciation Club. Her purpose is to inspire people to live in the present and get comfortable with the grey zones, and she achieves this through cooking and sharing recipes. She worked as culinary director of Momofuku Milk Bar in New York City before hopping across the continent to Los Angeles to forge her own path. In addition to writing the first three Milk Bar cookbooks, she has also written for Lucky Peach magazine, Vice Munchies and GQ. She has been featured in Food and Wine Magazine, In Style, Vice Munchies, Bong Appetite and Chef's Table.
