Cory Zillig is a 20-year Navy SEAL veteran—spending 13 as an assaulter with the nation's tier one maritime counter-terrorism unit. He has executed countless combat operations and earned numerous combat awards, including the Silver Star. After leaving the military, Cory has helped companies develop new products and processes, assisted government labs in expanding programs, guided tactical units in evolving their capabilities, and authored Ten Attitudes – A Primer for Developing a Warrior Spirit, slated for release in summer 2026. Cory currently lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and two wonderful kids. An avid yoga practitioner and teacher, martial artist, and sauna enthusiast, Cory also loves to hunt, fish, and spend time outdoors enjoying all of God’s creation.
