Claire Hayek is a NeuroLeadership Expert and Strategist, TEDx speaker, and founder of Mind. Soul. Purpose. Teambuilding. For more than 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of engineering, organizational leadership, and neuroscience-based practice, helping leaders and teams protect decision quality, cohesion, and execution when pressure does not let up.

Born in Lebanon during years of war, she learned early what it costs to hold steady when everything around you is not. That understanding carried into two decades leading high-stakes engineering and organizational teams, and eventually into the Pressure-Proof Leadership™ framework she built to help other leaders recognize the patterns running them.

Claire speaks on stages internationally, hosts The NeuroLeadership Edge podcast, and is also an active singer-songwriter. She is also the author of Engage & Mobilize Your Team, published in English and French.
