Dr. Christopher J. Thomas is an executive leader, author, educator, and founder of Elite 9 Talent Solutions, specializing in leadership development, organizational diagnostics, workforce resilience, and culture-focused consulting. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across military, public, and private-sector environments, he helps organizations improve employee engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
