Twenty-five years ago, Chris White left the predictability of a steady paycheck not out of recklessness, but from clarity. After watching his parents and grandparents build something of their own, he knew that was the path he was meant to follow. The journey was far from linear. He built six companies, achieved three exits, and learned hundreds of lessons alongside founders and leadership teams willing to bet on themselves. Along the way, one question kept returning: why do so many good businesses get stuck, and what does it really take to move forward? That question led him to found Micro Business Academy and create the MBAos Framework, a practical system for small business owners who want less complexity and more results. He has also worked with more than 500 business owners and executives, helping them build clarity, confidence, and strong operating discipline. Chris teaches from experience, not theory. He is known for his direct, candid style and his focus on keeping things simple. He lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife Darlene and their Lab, Buddy, who has heard more business strategy than any dog should ever have to endure.
