I discovered science fiction at age ten when my dad recommended I read the Lensman series by E. E. Doc Smith. I instantly fell in love with the genre. After graduating from San Jose State University with a business degree, I worked at Intel for twenty-five years, starting as a software developer and retiring early as a Director of Application Development. I was often recruited to work on projects that envisioned future technologies. One of my favorite quotes is, "The best way to predict the future is to invent it." My wife Carolyn and I are blessed with two wonderful children. I love the outdoors and go hiking or mountain biking every week. I am currently writing two science fiction series. When I retired from Intel, I had a Sci Fi book idea that explored how an alien race could take over the Earth with one ship and most humans would never know until it was too late. This story is called Silent Invasion and will be out very soon. This is the first of a three book series called The Zalthuras Series. I then created an alternative history from The Zalthuras Series that starts with Colonizing Trappist. This book explores our first long range colonization mission with a few twists. The series dives into humanities roll in the galaxy as we expand and meet new intelligent species. I tend to write action filled books with hard Sci Fi and a very human element.
