Chris Pearse has spent nearly 20 years working with CEOs, directors and senior managers from every sector including FTSE100s, government, academia, SMEs and non-profits. He delivers leadership development programmes and coaching, through his company Clarity Space, to accelerate leaders’ evolution through self-awareness and self-leadership. Chris has set up and run tech businesses in the UK and overseas, originally qualifying as a chartered engineer. Chris has been a non-executive director of non-profit and for-profit organisations. He has written on leadership topics for Forbes, the Institute of Directors, Management Today and People Management. His other activities include designing and constructing astronomical telescopes, playing the piano and studying physics, yoga, metaphysics, philosophy and psychology.
